Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and security audits to ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST/FedRAMP).
- Investigate, respond to, and report on security breaches and cyber incidents.
- Manage user access control, permissions, and identity management protocols.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure secure system configurations.
- Prepare and present security status reports to stakeholders and government clients.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal information systems security.
- Certification: CISSP, Security+, or GSEC (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Experience with SIEM tools and incident response procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
