Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support federal agency objectives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and strict compliance with federal standards (FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for high-level stakeholders and government officials.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within federal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional communication skills.
