Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to support strategic decision-making

- Ensure compliance with federal data governance and security regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for federal systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in government or regulated industry
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Clearable federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with federal data standards and compliance frameworks
