Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for agency leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to senior officials through data-driven storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for federal reporting systems
- Lead quality assurance processes for sensitive government datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Security clearance eligibility (or existing clearance)
- Experience with federal data standards and reporting requirements
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
