Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Design and implement advanced SQL/Python data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders across 15+ agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams in data-driven decision-making workshops
- Ensure 100% adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and federal data governance protocols
- Present findings to congressional committees and senior government officials
- Mentor junior analysts on federal data security best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years analyzing federal/military datasets with security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R statistical modeling
- Certification in Tableau Server or Power BI Enterprise
- Proven experience with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Public Policy (Master's preferred)
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex analyses to non-technical audiences
- Experience with DoD/VA healthcare data systems highly desirable
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
