Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and SAS.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data privacy, security, and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA, DFARS).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business intelligence.
- Document data workflows, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for federal data projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or defense contracting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and federal regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
