Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collect, cleanse, and validate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various federal sources and legacy systems.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support mission-critical decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and strict compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FedRAMP, and ITAR).
- Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal contracting or government sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
