Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects for federal agencies using advanced SQL and Python
- Design interactive dashboards with Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Maintain TS/SCI security clearance for sensitive government datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence
- Present findings to senior government officials with data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using AWS/GCP cloud services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of data analysis experience with federal government contracts
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
