Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal network infrastructure and system configurations.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions for federal clients.
- Document technical processes and maintain compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Provide high-level technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments or defense contracting.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
