We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our Federal division.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal information systems and networks in compliance with DoD and NSA standards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to protect sensitive federal data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade legacy systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members and junior contractors.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and compliance reports for federal auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments, cybersecurity, or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware architecture, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with federal regulations such as NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
