Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, NIST) and ITIL best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software solutions and updates.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and federal personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Secret security clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a government background investigation if not already cleared.
