Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of federal policies and program effectiveness to ensure alignment with national objectives.
- Oversee the administration of pension plans and ensure accurate calculation and distribution of benefits.
- Manage high-stakes federal grants and contracts, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary constraints and reporting requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency within the agency.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and Congress, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including state agencies and private contractors, to foster cooperative governance.
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols and ethics standards.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for this federal position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal project management, policy analysis, or financial administration.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in federal budgeting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
