Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal system requirements, from analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver urgent hiring projects on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain and audit system documentation to support audits and security clearances.
- Analyze complex data sets to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government contracting or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity standards.
