Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate complex federal IT systems and network architectures.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct system assessments, risk assessments, and compliance testing (FISMA, DIACAP).
- Document system requirements, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal systems engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government contracting environment.
