Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare city-wide budget reports with detailed variance analysis
- Develop financial models for capital improvement projects and long-term planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and municipal finance regulations
- Collaborate with department heads on budget allocation and resource optimization
- Present financial findings to city council and executive leadership
- Manage pension fund contribution calculations and reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of government or municipal finance experience
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of pension fund administration and public sector benefits
