Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of high-performance software systems designed for the 2026 release cycle.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps that align with Horizon Dynamics' long-term vision for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into legacy infrastructure.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability in a distributed computing environment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in machine learning infrastructure and data pipeline engineering.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
