Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all deployed systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced AI, to determine integration strategies.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Optimize legacy systems to support the transition to next-generation infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data engineering principles.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
