Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Architect high-scale, fault-tolerant machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of generative AI and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize existing neural architectures to reduce latency and improve inference efficiency for edge computing devices.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance in a pre-AGI environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Transformer models, GANs, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical vision.
