Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for Project 2026, aligning it with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing, into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor team members on best practices in software engineering, code reviews, and system design patterns.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-year technology initiatives.
- Experience with Machine Learning pipelines and big data processing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
