Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate high-potential innovation concepts.
- Predict potential disruptions in the tech landscape and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and innovation labs.
- Manage a budget for R&D pilot programs and emerging tech investments.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cloud architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, strategic forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
