Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry trends.
- Lead AI-Native Transformation: Oversee the transition to AI-first architectures, integrating generative AI and machine learning models into core business processes.
- Assess Emerging Tech Risks: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., spatial computing, advanced biotech) to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient cloud and on-premise solutions capable of supporting high-growth scenarios through 2026.
- Drive Digital Sustainability: Implement green computing initiatives and energy-efficient coding practices to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers on future trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Future-Proof Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech trends relevant to 2026, including AI, Quantum computing, and Web3.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-first design.
- Change Management: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing organizational change.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certification is a significant plus.
