Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic vision with business objectives

- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist research team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas
- Portfolio of published futurist work or successful innovation projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
