Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders to align on future-proof initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven analytics with human intuition to identify disruptive opportunities
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy implementation
