Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technology trends and disruptors through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global innovation ecosystems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Experience publishing industry foresight reports or white papers
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong network within global innovation and research communities
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFrA) preferred
