Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite decisions
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published work in futurism or strategic planning preferred
