Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework for QuantumLeap's product ecosystem
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design human-centered solutions at the intersection of biotech, AI, and quantum computing
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-impact matrix analysis
