Responsibilities

- Author white papers and scenario analyses for Fortune 500 clients on future-of-work implications
- Curate and host high-stakes 'Future Vision' workshops with C-suite executives
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on forward-looking initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership at Davos and SXSW
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical field
- Published portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for 2020-2025 tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (min. 3 successful launches)
- Proficiency in quantum computing basics and synthetic biology principles
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
