Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Deliver executive briefings on future trends to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
