Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulations
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for measuring organizational adaptability and future-readiness
- Author thought leadership publications cited by MIT Sloan Review and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in AI/ML forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario development frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or enterprise strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
