- Establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and media contributions
- Manage a portfolio of pilot initiatives spanning AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinkers
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions, government bodies, and global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leader with 5+ years of public speaking or media presence on innovation topics
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
