Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and disruptors to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author white papers on quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurism into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and emerging tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary horizon-scanning methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants with forward-thinking proposals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Fluency in scenario planning and Delphi methodology
- Expertise in AI ethics, exponential technologies, and circular economies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights)
- Public speaking at 50+ industry conferences
