- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and ethical AI frameworks
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Horizon Labs methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
