- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future scenarios
- Establish KPIs to track emerging tech adoption and market readiness
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record publishing trend reports or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite to technical teams
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact (patents, published analyses, or launched products)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
