Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using foresight methodologies
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with future trends
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
