Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build future literacy within C-suite teams
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models using proprietary data analytics tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation strategic solutions
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent credentials
