- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technologies and their implications
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and future-proofing strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
