Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech disruption (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Produce scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for paradigm shifts
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision-making
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership platforms
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Passion for ethical technology development and human-centered design
