Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Produce forward-looking scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology startups
- Present future outlooks to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and market disruption patterns
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through scenario planning and roadmapping
