Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce executive-ready reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Advose on innovation portfolio allocation and risk mitigation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 accurate trend predictions
