Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create quantitative foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging future scenarios
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic innovation projects with $2M+ budgets
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with AI/ML applications in strategic forecasting
