Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Partner with executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures and human-centered automation
- Manage stakeholder engagement with venture partners and policy influencers
- Quantify market opportunities in circular economy and neurotech sectors
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment in 2030 ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in climate tech, neurotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
