Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' report and publish in leading journals
- Mentor junior strategists and build the organization's futurism capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related C-suite role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on market disruptions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
