Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for C-suite clients on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, policy, and design teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, academic researchers, and venture partners
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies using predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, neurotech, or climate AI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
