Responsibilities
- Lead the design, training, and deployment of large-scale Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models).
- Optimize model inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model evaluation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products to market.
