Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of departmental units.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in strict accordance with Illinois state laws and regulations.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders and elected officials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven track record of managing budgets, personnel, and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of state government structures, budgeting cycles, and compliance requirements.
