Responsibilities

- Maintain and update official government records in secure databases during off-hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to prioritize urgent data requests.
- Conduct preliminary security audits and verify document authenticity.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly operational reports and logs.
- Operate secure communication systems to relay critical information.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for government security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in government operations, data entry, or night shift roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Ability to maintain focus in a quiet, low-light environment.
