As a key member of our IT team, you will ensure the integrity and security of our critical government systems while providing top-tier technical support to staff across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government data security policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits to prevent data breaches.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement new digital solutions and upgrade legacy systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets and hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent military/technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related government role.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
