Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on state policy initiatives to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations to government stakeholders and legislative bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor trends in public administration to identify opportunities for legislative reform.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate communication between agency leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, policy analysis, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of Ohio state government structure and legislative processes.
- Ability to obtain a State of Ohio security clearance.
