Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government regulations and policies to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
- Manage and coordinate full-cycle government projects, from planning and resource allocation to final reporting and evaluation.
- Prepare detailed, data-driven reports, briefings, and presentations for the City Council and executive leadership.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various city departments and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research on community needs, budget implications, and legislative trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure efficiency and adherence to budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a government, public sector, or non-profit management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with government database systems (e.g., ERP, case management software).
