Responsibilities
- Oversee federal/state grant compliance for transportation infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks for public works initiatives
- Coordinate interagency partnerships with city, county, and federal entities
- Analyze policy impacts using quantitative data and stakeholder feedback
- Prepare legislative reports and budget justifications for senior leadership
- Manage multi-year project timelines with 15+ agency stakeholders
- Lead community outreach initiatives for major infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of government program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in government budgeting and grant management systems
- Professional certification in PMP or Government Contracting (CPM)
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ public sector budgets
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
